1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find information about the Venue, get in touch and enjoy events here. We aim for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

2. Built into the website

• Works with keyboards and screen readers: a skip-to-content link, labelled buttons and form fields, and visible focus outlines.
• The slideshow can be paused, and animations are reduced or removed if your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text alternatives for images, and readable colour contrast for body text.
• Several ways to contact us: WhatsApp, phone, email, the enquiry form and online booking.

3. Known gaps

The embedded booking calendar and map are provided by Cal.com and Google and may not meet every accessibility standard. If either is difficult to use, contact us and we will book for you directly.

4. At the Venue

The marquee has wide steps with handrails at the entrance. If you or your guests have mobility, sensory or other access needs, tell us when booking or before a hall visit and we will discuss arrangements, such as drop-off points and seating.
